Our never ending R&D on the use of materials has brought us to obtain boards with optimum flexibility whilst maintaining very low weight and great resistance. This can only be done thanks to our knowledge of the structural behaviour of materials and of which are the most stressed areas of boards.
No compromises are made on quality of materials, 2 different foam-densities are used for the core, whilst the deck and hull skins are constructed with composite cloths, including the use of unidirectional carbon fibre in order to optimise the flexing characteristics of the boards.
Maximum resistance is guaranteed to the boards thanks to specific reinforcements in all critical areas. The edges have an ABS reinforcement that prevents chipping and peeling whilst a PVC film, graphically printed on the inner side, prevents the board and the graphics from getting scratched and also protects them against UV rays.
Maximum attention has been made to fittings and accessories as well. The fins are solidly fixed with 2 screws. The boards are fitted with the new screw on type pads, so there is no risk of them un-gluing.. The handle is made with EVA padding and an aluminium internal stiffening reinforcement.
